LinkedIn for wholesalers, manufacturers and B2B suppliers in 2026
For B2B suppliers, LinkedIn works when real people post specific, unglamorous detail about work in progress — a job on the machine, a pallet going out, a problem solved — from personal profiles rather than the company page. Two or three posts a week from two staff beats a daily company page nobody follows.

Why the company page underperforms
LinkedIn's feed strongly favours people over brands. A company page post reaches a fraction of what the same content reaches from a director's profile.
What to actually post
- The job on the bench today, with what made it awkward.
- A number: lead time cut, batch delivered, waste reduced.
- A buyer question you get every week, answered properly.
- New capability, new machine, new accreditation.
- The occasional recruitment post — they reach further than anything else.
Make it survive contact with reality
Nobody in a busy firm will write essays. Take photos on the floor, send them to whoever manages your social, and let them write the words. Fifteen minutes a week is a realistic system; an hour a day is not.
